Taser is C.O.P.S.' Non-Lethal Detainment Specialist.
Taser spent his formative years dreaming about being an electrician, only to find that when he was ready to join the work force, the electrician's union had a twenty year waiting list for prospective membership. At least the C.O.P.S. were hiring and he soon found his niche in the developing, utilizing and servicing of hi-tech "suspect immobilizers".
After he became a member of C.O.P.S., Taser immediately went to work revamping the electrical system inside the C.O.P.S. headquarters. Now, even when there is a major blackout in the city and the generators fail to kick-in, the C.O.P.S. will always have electrical power thanks to Taser's handywork!
