Miss Horton is a minor protagonist in the C.O.P.S. cartoon.
Miss Horton is the the personal robot secretary that works for Mayor Davis.
Miss Horton is a robot that rolls around on one wheel. It has two arms and an elongated head with two inflatable balloons on each side.
Miss Horton is most often used by the Mayor to type memmo's. In order to do so, her chestpiece will open up to reveal a typograph on which Miss Horton will type down the Mayor's dictations.
In COPS File #13131, Miss Horton was typing a memo for the Mayor when he received an unexpected call from Inspector Yukon. Because of an ongoing heatwave, his honor was only wearing his underwear at the time.
In COPS File #160049, Horton was ordered to take down another memmo concerning immediate citywide budget cutbacks. She was ordered to send the message to every department in Empire City, and was then informed by the Mayor that she too, would be fired.
