Lump is a bully and jock who studies at Empire City University, where he likes to pick on Willy Bright.

COPS File #472026. Lump liked to mock Willy Bright and his computer friend CHIP, but was put in his place by Turbo Tu-Tone when Dr. Badvibes attempted to recruite Willy to work for him. Lump later helped to point the C.O.P.S. in the direction of the missing Willy, and at the end of the case had become friends with him.
