Koo Koo is the master of time bombs.
M.O. (Method of Operation): A time bomb expert who works for Big Boss, Koo Koo can build anything that ticks and goes boom. On his first job for Big Boss, he was asked to blow open the back wall of a bank. The resulting explosion vaporized the entire bank building, including the vault and it's contents! In his own defense, he whined "You told me to blow up the wall, you didn't tell me what NOT to blow up!"
Cautions: If Koo Koo is spotted on the street carrying a large paper bag, you can bet your bottom dollar he didn't go grocery shopping. Maintain a close surveillance on him and be sure to keep a safe Distance. You never know what might go off when he's around!
