Kathleen Diamond is the younger sister of Nightshade. She volunteered to do charity work for the richest lady in Empire City, Mrs. DeWealth.
She was unaware of her sister's criminal background and had believed that Rafaella had been in Europe. In truth, Rafaella had been disowned by her family due to her thieving. Even after meeting with her sister after all those years, she still looks up to Rafaella when she warns Kathleen not to turn out like her.
