Buzzbomb is a minor antagonist in the C.O.P.S. cartoon. He is Dr. Badvibes's robot sidekick.
Personality[]
Buzzbomb speaks in a beeping language that only Dr. Badvibes understands. Despite that Dr. Badvibes created Buzzbomb, the two don't get along. Badvibes often picks on Buzzbomb; Buzzbomb often issues snarky retorts. On the rare occasions when they work together well, Badvibes rewards Buzzbomb with cookies made of steel wool.
Major Highlights[]
The Case of the Thieving Robots[]
COPS File #66414. On orders from Big Boss, Badvibes created a line of toy robots who would come to life and steal valuables. Longarm of C.O.P.S. bought one for his son Brian O'Malley on his birthday. When Brian caught his own robot in the act, he followed the robot to Badvibes's lair, an abandoned toy factory.
Badvibes then kidnapped Brian and locked him in a cage. At this point, Badvibes's relationship with Buzzbomb had become especially testy. Brian befriended Buzzbomb and Buzzbomb opened the cage to allow Brian to escape to freedom.
