Bullit is a munitions fanatic. Arrived in Empire City working for Hyena, later branched out to work with Big Boss' gang as well.
M.O. (Method of Operation): Subject is the Big Boss' principal weapons supplier and has been known to participate in jobs that require the us of maximum firepower. He may know all about he latest weapons, but he couldn't shoot the side of a barn if he stood directly in front of it. He doesn't shoot a weapon well, but gets a "kick" out of hearing a gun "bang"!
Cautions: Armed and dangerous is hardly an accurate description. This guy is a walking arsenal.
